A new Chairman/President of the NCAO has been elected by the Team Leader Council. His name is Lil Evil, the CO of Raptor 1. Hail to the Chief, he's the Chief and he needs hailing! He is the chief so everybody hail like crazy!

Other than that there hasn't been much of anything going on that is new. So, until next time. Happy plastic slinging to all!
