I have an old closed bolt WE SCAR that seems to have a goofy hop-up. I can shoot about 20 .25g rounds and the bb's come out perfectly straight and level with no hop up on. After that the all seem to shoot up after about 30 meters out, almost as if I was shooting with the hop up all the way up! Do I need to up the weight of my bb's or is there a serious issue with the hop up of the gun? Any help would be appreciated.

Upgrading a shotgun to be green gas capable: How?

I have always wanted to get an airsoft shotgun but they all seem to have major issues, the tri-shots having very low ranges, the ACM gas M500s have weak action bars, and the others fire only one shot per trigger pull or are mag fed. I finally found the one that would work for me, mainly for backyard shooting, realism, or scaring the enemy kids at CoolCombat.

here it is http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/maruzen-m...tgun-wood.html

or this http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwol...site_Stock.htm

and here it is in action http://www.youtube.com/watch?annotat...&v=qgipq7feKTI

If it is possible to find one in stock anywhere, What would need to be done to one of these to let it use green gas/propane safely?

any help is welcomed

By the way, sorry for all the questions i have been asking, i will be getting more money during the summer and i just want to spend it wisely, on a good gun.

EDIT: i found out the main body is ABS plastic which i'm not sure if i trust on a gun that I would use(i'm not gentle with my guns) is it worth the money? Can you buy a metal replacement? would this

http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=29198

be a better option? I believe you can get steel action bars, i'm just not sure where. Also i believe you can get a marushin one too but i'm not sure if it's metal or plastic.

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone had any experience in if Tokyo Marui Glock parts will fit inside a KJW G23. I am specifically wondering about the feed nozzle also referred to as the "loading muzzle". If you could tell me what models are also compatible i.e. G17 with the 23 or the 19's with the 23. Look forward to hearing back from all Glock techs and hopefully get my Glock back in working order

Thanks,

Upgrading JG AUG

So I owned a old JG AUG that after 5 owners it finally craped out. I was told it had a TBB, aftermarket motor, low resis wiring, mosfet, upgrades to the gearbox etc. It was missing the safety, the trigger was horrible and the gun looked pretty bad. I got the gun taken apart and the wiring job was so bad, it looked like a fire hazard. A part that held the barrel in place broke, thus causing feeding issues, the bucking was bad and the hopup was extremely dirty. I decided to buy a boneyard AUG online and it is in excellent condition. When the parts were compared, I couldn't tell a difference in the barrel. I'm wondering if it was even a TBB but that means that with a stock barrel it was shooting 200ft easy which sounds to good to be true. I'm wondering if the gearbox was even upgraded but I'm gonna get some work done to it, compare parts and if one has better parts, they'll be swapped out... I already put a 650 mm 6.03 in it while it was apart, the barrel only cost me $25 so I thought I'd try it. I'm worried that I may not have the air compression needed to make it shoot far because with that long of a barrel, it'll either give me low fps and great accuracy, work fine or not at all... I'm not much of a tech, so I was wondering what would be the best ways to improve fps, range and accuracy? I'm always told to leave well enough alone, but while it's apart, I kinda want to make it better and more durable. So without puting huge strain on the internals, what is the best way to improve this gun or should I replace everything? Also, if anyone has parts for a JG AUG, let me know because I want to get the other one working as well and I'm up for trades or whatever you had in mind.

I am planning on saving up for an Echo-1 PKM (http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?products_id=41563) with the wood upgrade kit...

I am planning on saving up for an Echo-1 PKM with the wood upgrade kit.

Me along with my friend plan to get SAW type weapons so we can better support our team. I am planning on getting the PKM, and he wants to get either the same PKM or an M27 with some upgrades to take lipos and hold a good amount of ammo for suppression.

How should I go along with this. Also, my friend will most likely have his choice of gun by the end of summer, (we plan to use these at cool combat and fulda if possible). I know that i will need to get a lower powered spring and as far as i know, there are no spare mags available at this time. I plan to run the PKM with an 11.1 lipo (i have heard it can take them just fine stock). Anyone know if that is true, or will a mosfet be necessary too?

Any help is welcomed.
