Thu, 16 May 2013 21:18:47 GMTSo I am wondering if anyone knows what my issue with my g&g m4 might be:
It used to work great on full-auto. I could make a perfect line of bbs. I never really used it a whole lot and did not hold the trigger down for more than a few seconds. It works fine, the gun will use it but will not fire any bbs.
When I use semi-auto the gun works fine. I switch to full auto and it spurts out the one in the chamber and then dry fires.
My mags are not new and are not feeding bad. The mag is in the well right. It's like my gun just doesn't want to put effort into full auto anymore.
Also on a side note: Are the motors supposed to get hot relatively fast? My motor gets hot fast and I can feel it through the grip and I don't remember it doing that when I first got it.
I was going to upgrade the motor anyways but not for awhile so I'm hoping this is normal.

Wed, 15 May 2013 18:41:31 GMTDoes anyone know if the Elite Force M4 CQB has replacement upper and lower receivers made of metal? My search-fu is weak it seems and I can't find any information on the net. The nylon fiber body is plenty strong, I just thought it might be nice to know if I can upgrade in the future. And, of course, on the off chance that I fall on a rock and destroy my gun.

All I did was leave it attached to my wall charger and left it charger and all in a bag for like a month. No it was not chafing just siting in my bag. Now it does not register on the wall charger and I tried my other battery and it's not the charger and I had a friend try it on his smart charger and it did not work. The battery is in great shape and the wires are connected from what I see.
Is there anything I can do to save this battery? Had anyone ever heard of this happening? Is it possible to be so dead it won't light up the wall charger? I left it on there plugged up for about 20 minutes before I realized it was not charging as indicated by a red light. Anyone got any insights?

http://ncairsoft.org/forum/showthread.php?23912-M249-Mag-Assistance&goto=newpost
Fri, 03 May 2013 02:22:16 GMTSo I decided to upgrade my M249 and my estimated ROF when it is finished will be over 25 RPS but hopfully over 30 if I'm lucky. While getting the parts I knew that eventually I either would have to make my drum mag more reliable by fixing the common feeding/jamming issue or buy a new mag. I think in the long run I would prefer buying a new mag but the standard ones are much cheaper so if it's worth fixing, it might be best to do that but I honestly don't know whats the best thing to do. What is the best mag for my gun and what do I need to do to make it keep up with my ROF? If it's best to fix the old mag and buy more of them, what is the best way to fix it and does anyone have used mags they wouldn't mind selling/trading in case I need parts?

Had a major malfunction about three months ago.
Main spring broke and the cylinder head exploded sending pieces of it down the barrel scratching the barrel. I have since repaired the gun but now my shots are not as consistent as they once were.
The barrel is stainless if that matters.
