A new Chairman/President of the NCAO has been elected by the Team Leader Council. His name is Lil Evil, the CO of Raptor 1. Hail to the Chief, he's the Chief and he needs hailing! He is the chief so everybody hail like crazy!

Tennis rackets work better. Tiny pellets of rocks in an airgun also helps. Yes I had a demented childhood lol
