Vest/gear color does not matter, so that is ok.

Yes, the color of your rig/vest, gloves, etc does not matter. What matters is that your coat, pants and head gear match in color

The award will be the acknowledgement of the "best" dressed, with a signed certificate from the event organizers. You should dress up for fun really, not just to win
