Sniper Rifles are generally not very practical unless you drop a boatload of money in them, as for your questions...

A: Yes it most likely is
    B: No
C: Yes it is, but like my answer to B, not very practical when I've built AEG's for people that simply outrange snipers.

Hey Cfine0311, on our 45+ acre field, there are more than plenty of areas to snipe. Our of the 100+ people who show up to our games, about 15 or so of them have sniper rifles. There are only about 2, maybe 3 people who are true snipers that do well. One of them has a 600+ FPS green gas sniper, and the other guys has a 500+ FPS bolt action Snow Wolf. Sniping is an art that takes a lot of time and effort in order to be practical. AEGs are easy, as there is much accuracy in volume!
